Amazing service, great staff

Over the past while I have used FNB branches a fair amount,<br> When I needed a signed bank statement the staff was very fast, friendly and helpful, and I left with the feeling that I was welcome to go there for help and assistance.<br> <br> Recently when I lost my card and had to get a new one, it was an incredibly painless situation, I sincerely spent more time looking for parking at Rosebank mall than I did getting a new card.<br> <br> FNB and its staff must be proud of themselves, and set a definite example for other companies.
