Amazing service from The branch in Industria

About a month ago I went to FNB Campus Square just to change my cellphone number and fix up my Internet banking. It took me four hours to get out of there. Still with unresolved issues.

Today I went to FNB in Industria. My word,, I was seen to immediately. From the lady that greeted me at the door with a smile on her face,, to the consultant at the desks,, to the consultant working the floor my experience was just lovely,, I hate banks but I'd go visit that one everyday. The floor consultant was sooo willing to help and refused to let me leave till issue was resolved,, I mean she had stood that whole time walked up and down to the pc's with me and patiently gave me instructions even though we kept getting redirected. Not once did I sense any form of frustration or impatience. He was absolutely amazing!!
