Amazing service from my NEW private banker...

I was about to move my bank account from FNB to another bank this morning. The reason for this being that my previous two interactions with my (now previous) private banker was less than satisfactory! Today I ran into a situation where I needed a premier banker to assist me. Again my (previous) private banker was nowhere to be found. I phoned the premier banker suite and the lady that i spoke to did everything in her power to help me, which I was very grateful for, but there were a few things that she couldn't resolve and I needed my private banker to assist. I raised my concern, with the lady that helped me, that my (previous) private banker has been MIA twice now and that i wasn't too happy with my (previous) private banker. Two hours later Juan (my new private baker) phoned me and I have to say he exceeded my expectations. He literally sorted out my problem in two minutes! I received help, information and guidance from Juan, exactly what I needed at that point. Juan even started the home loan process that the previous private banker could not have cared less to assist me with.<br> Thanks Juan, we need more people like you!
