Amazing service from FNB Life claims assessor.

I was recently diagnosed with a disability and critical illness. I just want to commend FNB Life Division for the amazing service throughout the claims process. I dealt with an assessor by the name of Tsholo Ramachila. She was kind, patient, extremely helpful and a beacon of light during this time.

I just wanted to commend her for her amazing service. She never had an issue to deal with my query and she helped me through the whole process. She answered promptly every time I had a query and kept me updated every step of the way.

I just wanted to commend her for her service and hope that FNB treasures this staff member, as they are first in line during a difficult time for most.
