Amazing service above and beyond!

I have been bowled over by the amazingly high level of service I received yesterday at the FNB branch in Galleria. I went in around noon to open a new account with FNB. Even though it was busy, a consultant assessed my needs within 10 minutes, allocated an agent, and within less than 40 minutes, my account was active, and I had my new card. I am truly thankful for the wonderful experience and am looking forward to many years of a fruitful banking partnership with FNB.
