Amazing service

<p>I wish to commend Yonela Mafuta for the way he handled our problem yesterday. My friend experienced a few issues over the last few days with activating her FNB credit card and decided to go <br />into the Sandton city branch where we were lucky enough to be assisted by Yonela. Yonela was courteous and friendly and immediately assisted my friend in resolving the issue. Yonela is an asset to your organization and is part of the reason why i have enough confidence to believe FNB is still the right bank for me.</p>
