Amazing service

I wish there was an option to select 10 stars. I came into the FNB branch at Overport City (Atrium) After receiving such pathetic service at African Bank. I needed to re open my FNB account. Sylvia Steenkamp was so helpful, friendly and patient with me even though we had a lot of technical issues with the process. It is so refreshing to deal with people like Sylvia. I wish all client facing people would be as kind and knowledgeable as Sylvia. She really knows her job inside out. Well done Sylvia and you made it worth the wait
