Amazing service

I have been banking with FNB for many years, but never really had to deal with individual branches much before. In the last few weeks I have had to go to the branches we have in Mossel Bay, the Mossel Bay Mall branch and the Mossel Bay branch at Langeberg Mall. Each time I have had to go I have received excellent customer service. At both branches the staff have been doing their utmost to make the queues go faster and to go out of their way to help. I just want to say thank you. I know its a very difficult time, and the staff have to deal with very difficult customers, but they remain friendly and very helpful. It has been a pleasure dealing with both branches here.
