Amazing service

I would like to give a big compliment to the following people from different branches. Gugu from Springs Mall branch, Yota from Springs avenues and Tshifhiwa Shumba from braamfontein branch. Last month I was assisted by both Gugu and Yota and their service was amazing, they were patient, friendly and welcoming and gave more my expectation. Today I was assisted by Tshifhiwa, same as the other ladies. I'm very impressed with the service excellence i'm getting from fnb branches and I applaud the ladies for their remarkable customer services.
