Amazing Service! !

This was by far the BEST SERVICE I have received and it is all thanks to the friendly, most helpful consultant Shamim at FNB N1 City Mall. I stepped into the bank to query a few problems with my banking app, this was at 5pm on a Friday afternoon, the time when most people are ready to close business hours and start their weekend. Instead, I was welcomed into the bank with a smile and each and everyone of my queries were seen to timeously. Shamim is an asset to her bank! She gave me her time, undivided attention and made me feel so happy to have FNB as my bank. I stepped into the bank at 5pm and I was done by 5.15pm. The efficient, most amazing service given by Shamim really made me so happy! Well Done Shamim! ! ! You're a star! !
