AMAZING SERVICE !!

I am so pleased with the service I had just received at FNB at The Grove mall. The lady who greeted me at the door was very helpful and helped to contact someone to assist me via telephone very quickly. She checked and asked regularly if I was coming right with my query. (I used a reference number as a bank account number). I am sorry that I didn't get her name. She then advised me that Tracy had dealt with this specific problem before. Tracy and Nothando deliverd such helpful and friendly service to me. Nothando also advised the lady I was speaking to on the telephone ( from FNB) that she understood the situation wrongly. They then checked the system and assured me that everything should be in order within 48 hours. I also forgot my handbag at home so I didn't have any money on me to pay for my parking ticket... Tracy went as far as to give me R6 to pay for it. I am stunned and I don't have all the correct words to say thank you, but WOW.!! Thank you guys for going the extra mile !!! May you all be so super BLESSED ! :)
