I was deposited money into my account the guy who paid me was experiencing problems with my account as it is a savings pocket. Long story short Charl was very helpful and informative. He reassured me that I would get my money and I sure did. Charl is one of the best things FNB has ever done for themselves because that's the guy that's going to help retain its clients.
