Amazing level of customer service

On Saturday, 10 October 2020 I visited FNB at Menlyn Park branch to get few things storted out. I was assisted by a lady called Betty Thaoge at Client Service section. I had a lot of questions and Betty answered all my questions. Betty was so patient with me. Betty made me feel like I'm the only FNB client, the level of the service I have received from her was amazing. Betty has everything it takes to serve customers. FNB is blessed to have an employee like Betty. Big up to whoever who hired Betty, it takes a lot of work to spot potential from people during job interviews. Thank you very much Betty for the service you've given me. May God give you strength and wisdom to continue serving people with no limit regardless.
