Amazing Ketlile

The past couple of months I have ********** service from FNB, although my query has not been resolved, I would like to acknowledge a rose amongst the thorns, Ketlile Mosiane, she customer centric and more. I would appreciate FNB giving her the recognition she deserves. FNB is truly blessed to have someone like her. Someone who still takes the initiative even though things have spiralled out of control. I am thankful I spoke to her as my review for once is positive.
