AMAZING COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT!

Update on the 1st review shared: I am giving 4 stars, I appreciate how quick and swiftly the matter was resolved after being referred to the complaints department. I am not giving 5 stars because I do think the initial department I worked with also needs to improve. Not a lot of people will know all the channels to use to get feedback as soon as possible. Nonetheless, I give credit when its due, and I am thankful to everyone that has worked towards ensuring that my issue is resolved. THANK YOU.
