Amazing Branch With Amazing Staff

I visited the FNB Portside branch for the first time this afternoon - It was the best banking experience of my life to date.<br> <br> I walked into an impressively designed, modern and spotlessly clean branch and was welcomed by a friendly lady named Arlene whose service excellence and demeanor was second to none. It made my experience quick (which was a bonus considering it was Friday and had to get back to work) and was highly refreshing in contrast to the usual service level I have experienced at various banks around this country.<br> <br> She went the extra mile and (due to the nature of the experience) I felt proud to be part of FNB.
