Am still waiting for my PayPal link to be reactivated

Following my previous complaint, I received follow up and the assurance that my link to my PayPal account is reactivated. Yet, when I try to log in, following all the instructions, it Still doesn't work. My multiple email requests foe assistance go unanswered. I have had this link to paypal for years, ns now FNB for some reason is making it impossible.
