My name Shima H Mhlongo on 27th of may i went to save ways fnb ATM reason of visit was to go get my statement they where only two atm machine that offed statement,one of atm was vacated by sustain guy who i dont know i went into that atm when arrived at that atm i took my card from my wallet my intention was to take statement not withdrew and this giy who has been use atm before me he grabbed my card and tap it there after give me another card and he ran away with the my card and he took advantage of my age after that i used that card i had and it never came back from the machine i battled with that until i cancelled the card i left the atm, the next day i went to fnb bank and report the matter they offered a new card and the lady that was assisting she indicates that the guy took R3000.00 from my savings account they were no notifications and they advise me to open a case which i did and i was given a case number from bank is *** and from police station 32/6/2024 still wait for updates no updates from my bank.
