STILL CANT GET PAST THEIR OWN SECURITY!!!

This is the 2nd time I am writing as I had a response from my 1st review but thats it. My problem still remains. I am in the UK, dont have my old Soth African cell number, CANNOT WALK into a bank ( being in the UK ), CANNOT CALL FNB as they send a OTP to my old cell number which I cannot receive. Please could someone call me +44 (0) *** (UK). PLEASE HELP PLEASE...I have been trying for three years to get this sorted out.
