Am I ever going to be registered?

Dear fnb My business partner and I used your service of registering a company in order to be able to open a business account. The last communication I received was an email with a reference number 1-IP2NQN. My business is still not registered. If I go to the branch they say they can't help me and I must do everything online myself. I requested a call back on Monday and nobody is contacting me. If you can't help me at least let me know so I can find an alternative because now I can't start operating. This process is taking forever and you can't even help.
