Am I been ****med or what?

I have been fnb customer for many years, I did take a loan and paid it up. I got message saying my loan is in arrears, I asked how much, they told me I asked them to deduct it, they did. Next month I got another message telling me I'm in arrears, I asked how, because I know I paid it up, and already paid that arrears, they fail to explain. I even visited one of their branch in Rustenburg to solve this matter, using their phone, they didn't answer. I tried many times to chat to them on my app, conversation end up without been resolved.
