Am I a customer?

I am of the opinion that FNB do not consider me a customer as I choose only to have a credit card through them. However, I have had my FNB card for 35 years now so surely that must count for something. But my card has expired and I fear I am going to expire trying to get a new one. The frustration! The inefficiency! My bank arranges courier delivery of replacement cards before I even know they have expired. It is apparently your responsibility with FNB to contact them when your card has expired. And do they have any easy channel. Not a chance! You can send a please call me on the website and the person then transfers you to the call centre and then you can hold, and hold, and hold. Or you can go into a branch where the consultant's only idea of assistance is to use the FNB phone to call the call centre where you can stand in a branch and hold, and hold, and hold. Wake up FNB! I am absolutely appalled at your so called service.
