Am a customer

Goodday i have experienced a veru bad service at FNB Bank (mamelodi Denlyn) each en every time when i go, to do a notice of 7 days their are telling me stories, last month i went to do a 7 days notice, they ddnt do it, last week i went back, again 2 day wen i go there still, they ddnt do and am in need of money. And when i call inquiries Thomas said he cant assist me, i have to wait for another,, 7 day... How can i get help from this.
