Always something wrong with FNB’s online banking platform!

Why is there always something wrong with your online banking platform??? Now I cannot access PayPal to withdraw funds because of some E96 error. I’ve been using the PayPal function on FNB for many years and in the past six months there have been more errors than ever! Can someone please fix this!!!
