Always offline phoenix

Called phoenix fnb to ask if they can help with my CLI on credit card but even they can't help as they offline so internet banking platform does not work the call centre with Tracy billing don't work the complaints people daffnie govender don't help so tell me how do I do a limit increase on the credit card ??? Fnb how from last Saturday to this Saturday iv tried all your avenues and nobody can help really now I want a senior manager to call me on ********** 757 at 13h00 on Monday I don't want no more lies and passing the buck no more!!!!!
