Always *********** service

Always horrible service at this branch! Today I stood in a long row only to hear by the counter this *********** branch does not do currency exchange! It was so busy today, long rows as always! Everyone is sick of Cape Gate FNB, and it has a bad reputation with the local community! I have opened a Capitec account since I can't deal with FNBs *********** service anymore!!!!!!
