Always have to go to HP

HI , it is a shame i always need to go to Hello Peter , i had shares at FNB , ARC delisted them self , when i called ARC my shares is not there , when i call FNB my shares are not there , both advisors yesterday and today said they will investigate and call me back , no call all i am asking is where is my shares ? Also , i made contact with FNB to stop using my work address and still today it is not updated why ?
