ALWAYS BAD SERVICE FROM FNB

Fnb never resolved my query, I submitted a query and a lovely lady called me and she advised the raised money will be paid back in my account, the money was paid however after a day my account was on negative R655 they claim to have paid some transactions for which never happened as every transaction I've made I made sure I transferred money from my pocket savings to my cheque acc..... FNB is just too quick to rob their own clients to make themselves RICH... I am one of the million that is going to join Capitec bank and leave this nonsense of a bank as I have been with the for the last + 12 years...
