Along came Rebecca

#REBECCA FOR PRESIDENT

After days struggling to fix the issues I had with the business account I had opened with FRB, finally by the grace of God my cry got through to a 'responsible and sensitive about client wellbeing employee' by the name of Rebecca Shushu.

I have been taken from pillar to post about a simple request to activate my business account and this became a mission to Mars by the consultants who took up my case and referred me from one department to another, I cant describe the misery I went through especially after I was told by one of the consultant that I am a ****.

but I am so grateful that after a lot of phone calls and persistence my case landed on Rebecca Shushus lap, and when she called me I had just gotten off a call with a very rude consultant who made me sound foolish in the conversation, Lo and behold Rebecca called me and came to my rescue, from the onset she received me with a warm greeting, one that immediately made me feel like my help had finally come, I mean this lady guaranteed me that she will sort out the issue at hand and swiftly so, she had a voice that can easily make one to think that they are listening to a airhostess in a 1st class flight to a holiday destination long awaited for.

Honestly I have no words but to say thank you Rebecca, you are certainly living up to your surname, you brought the heat (Shushsu) to a seemingly cold treatment and situation that I received from the consultants who handled my complaint previously.
