Almost a year and still waiting for my request to be resolved!

Almost a year since requesting that tapping gets deactivated on my kids cards and still nothing. I was told that if the amount is above R200, a pin would be required. This has been the cause. Can FNB just please deactivate before their cards get into the wrong hands and get doomed!
