Allowing unauthorised debitorders on my account
Since Dec 2015, there is unauthorised debitorders going through on my account, for small amounts. I have no recollection of signing or buying from these companies.
In order for me to stop and reverse these ********** debitorders, I incur banking fees. How is this fair if a company **********ly debit my account. And it is explained to me that if these companies change their amount or reference, they should be able to debit my account AGAIN! What is the use of the ***** department then?
I am told that I should let these companies know in writing that they should stop debiting my account. (ITS A ********** DEBITORDER! and I am expected to have my paperwork in order?!

Also I want to know as to HOW this is possible that FNB allows debitorders, without my authorising signature and permission.
FNB should protect a clients money and account, but also jump on the unauthorised -transaction- bandwagon and gain from the clients inconvenience.
Surely the consumer Act does does make provision for these inconsistencies.
