Allow me to define Debit Order Rules - Innovation

Good day FNB Team,

This is more of a query rather than complaint because, the query on FNB app is character restricted.

In the previous months, I have Service Providers billing my account twice per month for no reason. Matrix has debited my account twice in the month of May 2023 for no reason. Zone Fitness did the same by debiting additional R99, and no one cared to give me an explanation - and they send me from pillar to post to get my money back.

My query to you is: Is there a way, in which the user can CAP or set the following for debits on his accounts:

1) Max debit amount per Service Provider (SP) per month, 2) Max number of debits per SP per month.

I'm just tired of double debits by SP in a month coz it's a hassle for them to return the money they debited.

It would be tremendously powerful to have the two features above in the Banking app, giving the user full control of debit orders. These two features can be designed to have DEFAULT number of debits to 1/month/Service Provider. Then have the Max Debit amount per SP to be a) 1st debit amount + R100, or 2) Average of 2 debit orders + R100. You can also allow the user to change the Default Settings as they deem fit.

You can call this feature DEBIT ORDER RULES.

Please advise, or tell me you can look at this, the same way I recommended your ATMs to eject the card first, before cash - which helped most people to not leave their cards at ATMS. In that case, I requested, and you listened - and the outcome was the best.
