Allocation of a settlement payment

A settlement payment on a student loan was paid on 16 April 2018 and was not reflecting. Proof of payment was sent on 26 April 2018 and I'm still waiting. I have sent an in-app complaint, a DM via twitter, multiple emails to the agent who I forwarded the P.O.P to and then a message on the website. I tried the chat option but was number 28 in the queue.

I even said that I don't want to lodge a Hello Peter complaint, but I am left with no other option. I don't know what is going on.

Not sure what else I need to do to have my funds allocated on my account.

Account has been taken to a zero balance but I am waiting for the consolidation of the account as the amount paid amounted to more than the balance at the time of settlement. Laurelene Vermeulen has said "Kindly be advised that the interest that accrued was not added to the balance therefore when the interest was added there was is no refund due to you." A month and two days since the payment to settle was made. My next step will be Ombudsman.
