Alledgedly account in bad standing after debt review enquiry

I am getting increasingly frustrated with FNB. I have made multiple attempts to try and resolve this matter but I am getting nowhere. Constantly being transferred from one department to the next without a clear solution.

I enquired in January about a potential debt review, however after exploring what debt review does I decided to opt out of being put under debt review. FNB did apparently not get the memo and according to them my accounts are in bad standing even though I have NEVER missed a single payment for my credit card, revolving facilities or my bank fees.

I have been missing out on Ebucks this entire year because of this, potentially thousands or rands.

When I try and use the message feature I get sent in circles and hours of talking and explaining just to be constantly transferred.

I evenutually was told to go into a branch and ask to reduce my risk profile, which I did and after a day or two they came back to me and said my profile was reduced. Then when I enquired about my ebucks AGAIN my account was in bad standing. I was told that apparently the request expires after 3 days. Which is something I was not informed about at first.

I now want to apply for a home loan but I am getting declined because of this.

I am honestly at the point where I am just going to close my FNB accounts and go to Capitec or Discovery as it seems this problem is not going to be solved and I am wasting money paying for a premier account and being denied the benefits.

I did not want to go to Hellopeter but I can't seem to get this matter resolved by following the normal contact channels as all I get is transferred from one department to another.
