All they want to do is frustrate you and make you forget your money with them. Big *******!!!

FNB bank is full of unprofessionals. I’m so disappointed and I regret having to even open an account with FNB. Im not happy with their service here in Cape Town. THESE PEOPLE WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE MISERABLE. Run away from FNB 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I’ve been sending several email to FNB customer care, I know for sure they’re getting my emails but these people won’t respond to me. They just want to close your acct for no reason after sending every documents I was asked for. They just want to make everything hard for you so you can just forget about your money.
