All that glitters is not gold

So clearly FNB did not take the time to read my long compliant that I took the time to type out as I received once again a very vague explanation regarding an application for a smart device , I would like to know why upon application the first time I was advised that I was approved (all that was outstanding was the change of debit orders which I preferred to conduct myself to minimise the risk of rejected debit orders), but the 2nd time around I was declined with different reason ,1stly I was advised because the waiting period is 3months and after reading word for word from a document stipulating your terms and conditions the reason changed to something totally different which should have been a contributing factor on the 1st application , I am going to move back to my very loyal bank(Nedbank) and never again fall for the empty promises made, I am utterly shocked that such a reputable bank can be so vague and inconsistent with their responses, I hope that someone actually takes the time to read this and if not well then you prove you inconsistency without a doubt.
