All talk and no show!! WORST BANK EVER!

FNB promising potential customers banking made easybut technically they are only there for themselves. When the going gets though like now they actually pitching to you take on more credit (ie. personal loan) instead of providing you with a payment holiday of some sort. How the actual must I now pay for a personal loan if I can't even pay my home loan. Seriously FNB! No wonder FNB employees rather take out their home loans with Nedbank. Should've taken that as a sign the first time I decided to start banking with FNB. Biggest mistake ever! They are probably not even going to respond to this "review". Or gonna respond with an automated useless we will contact you back within 10 working days. 10 working days from when.....? December 31st, 2021...?
