All my money got lost

On 6 September 2018 while in South Africa i wanted to withdraw some money at an ATM and my card got stack. After a few minutes i went to my host in Pretoria and upon switching-on my phone i realized my money was being withdrawn. I called FNB South Africa to stop any transaction which they did but the money was gone. Upon returning to Namibia the following day i made a complaint to FNB Namibia through their Oshikango branch. Since i called FNB South Africa informing them that whoever was using my card, it was not me i thought all payments would be stopped and i would get my money back but up to now i have not received anything from the bank.
