All I want is my Cash back from My home insurance. Not your incompetence and your rude staff

I regret having a home loan with FNB where I was treated as the only bank in South Africa. They don’t want pay my cash back from home insurance, one boy I spoke to over phone who made me regret 10 years of service with FNB home loan.

I asked for an explanation of why money is not paid in my account after 7 day and why are they sending or ruther requesting documentation each and everyday? Instead of compiling one requesting documents or on the mail the lady doesn’t give me updates. That boy told me I think I should tell the bank the should work, Rishan Kulfath I she is a sales agents she doesn’t have time to explain or tell me the procedures of FNB, the only thing I need to do is comply. When I explain he talks over me, That boy I don’t even know his name, he rude, he never listen even to one word I said

On 06/10/2025 I spoke to the lady who told me FNB home loan doesn’t owe me but I owe FNB for been my service provider ( bank) because all the money that was paid by my home loan insurance belongs to FNB, after what she explained network was bad on that day.

The following I called I spoke to Hlapps@ FNB he told me I will get a portion from my cash back I said it okay, he sends me “homeloan application prepaid form I must fill it,sign it and scan it back with ID copy, Proof of Res.

2 days later 08/10/2025, No introduction, No explanations. An email from Rashin Kulfath pops in send your bank statement, I send it back. After send payslip where FNB homeloan deduct from, I told her I do cash deposit. She went quite the who day. 14/10/2025 08:56I called to asked what’s the progressI spoke to one lady she said she’s transferring the next thing the phone was dropped. I called again 09:00 my call was transferred to my homeloan insurance. They asked why did I called them, I told them that I was calling FNB HOMELOAN show my call went to them I’m surprised. And she I should not worry she will call them and explain my story. That’s when I spoke to that boy I’m even sure did he introduce himself. I even asked i do have to sign debit order form because I’m not asking for a loan. He said I should sign and scan back if I want money to be deposited fast.

Rashin Kulfath she only send email requesting one documentation everyday with No explanation. Now I sighed the debit order form with a date of when to debited. But all I want is my cash Back from FNB homeloan. Rashin Kulfath She’s been quiet since Thursday. I don’t know what will happen on Monday send more documents to signed. All I want is my cash back.
