All i want is a POP

I have received the WORST, WORST, WORST Service I have ever had from FNB credit card department. They are so quick to give you a credit card but back up service is none avoid. All I want is a POP to send to Mr Price for an account that FNB settled and all they can do is send you from one department to another, on one call I was transferred to 6 different people. <br> <br> I have been a client with FNB for over 15 years, this not acceptable. I feel like moving my account to Standard Bank. <br> <br>
