All I can say about FNB is: DO BETTER!

I finally received a payment that I have been waiting for, for 5 years, and my accounts get frozen. Is FNB there to help? NO, instead I am being treated like a ********. I send through all required documents, received receipt of email, and still get calls and messages telling me to send through my documents. Finally the SOF department send me an email thanking me for my documents, yet I still have to wait further. These funds are required urgently! I do not have another week for you to ***** around and tell me to wait! In the mean time, my doctors and hospital bills are piling up, who can they get hold for payment? As you have my money and will not let me pay them.

After making numerous calls, and chats via secure chat, the situation is still unresolved, and the waiting period has been extended. This is a matter of urgency, yet FNB see no reason to conclude verification. I have been a loyal client for many years, and this is the first time I have doubt in FNBs ability to service their clients. DO BETTER FNB!
