All Banks are bad!
So in the process of closing everything at another bank, FNB now gives me the same useless service I'm currently getting. Three phone calls, selecting same options and get routed to different areas only to have staff give me attitude, leave me on hold or cut me off! HOW CAN FNB HELP ME? DO YOU JOB CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME!!! You WILL now CONVINCE me not to move from my current bank and tell me WHAT FNB does to keep new business!!!
