***** alert in an old lady’s account.

My mom’s account has been deducted with over R33k from unknown transactions and R5 Uber ride. This is an old lady’s account. Tried to report the ***** online via chat last night, it sent us to call ***** dept. However no one answered.

We then reported as a dispute by clicking those transactions. But even the report questions don’t correspond well with what we trying to report.

Isn’t ***** dept 24/7? The transactions when we checked is still pending and we want to stop it from being processed. This is frustrating and my mum I won’t be able to enjoy the rest of the festive time. Can someone please assist ASAP!!!!
