Aldo collection attempt
Good day
I have been a loyal customer with fnb for more than 20 years and in my desparate time of need that is out of my hands you cant even assist me
When i lost my job end of January this year and i called you and even sent an email around may when i ran out of my savings to make an arrangement and to stop the debit orders on my account because im not working , i lost my job and dont have income . i requested that you stop the debit orders because there is no money on the account and that i made an arrangement to make a payment my self every month as much as i can
You agreed that you were going to stop the debit orders because its just going to increase my charges because the money wont be there im not working. But every month you try and collect even twice or 3 times in one month still . i am trying here to survive and make small payment as i get money while trying hard to get another job but you are surbotaging me with these debit orders that keep coming and bouncing. Im not working. I depend on other people to give me money until i get a job.
Everymonth someone calls i make an arrangement i try to make payments, i didnt just dissapear , i try. i tell everyone who calls from fnb i lost my job and no one has even recorded even that to try assist me.
Please stop the debit orders and the Also collection attemps they are taking me back. It is my priority to sort out the account as soon as i can get a job. Is there someone who cares to try and assist me.
With all my loyal years to fnb whenever i need help fnb never assist me
Kind Regards Pearl Hadebe-Mbhele
