Alberton FNB Appalling Service

There is not a number low enough to rate the terrible service received by a lady at FNB Alberton branch today. She passed racial comments to the lady that accompanied me to the bank, she was asking questions about my business which has nothing to do with her and gave me terrible service and no feedback to my questions regarding my bank card. The interaction with this FNB employee was appallingly and disgusting to say the least.
