Airtime reward not refunded
I was rewarded R80 airtime in November 2014 but when i claim it i was not allowed,i called FNB for the whole month of December.the respond i always get was that the matter has been handed over to the correct department,upto today my airtime is still due.so disappointed un FNB.reference number 1-***5
