Airtime purchase reversal

I accidentally purchased R510 Telkom airtime on my FNB banking app. I would like to reverse this purchase however I'm not finding that option on the app and the online consultants seem to be extremely busy today. @ FNB please take note and guide through the steps I should follow to reverse this purchase as soon as possible. It would be highly appreciated. Thank you
