Airtime issue

FNB ***. On the 16th September 2021, I topped up my cellphone with R60 airtime. The airtime was never received. I got an email from FNB saying the Provider confirmed data was received which wasnt and I should contact them to sort out the issue. I am extremely frustrated and appalled with the service. You still want me to rate your service consultant. I honestly do not think so!
