Airtime FNB app
I accidentally made a double purchase of airtime. As per terms and conditions they cannot reverse airtime. Even when it was clearly a mistake. Spent about an hour with this, in that time. Got a hold of 2 people. Both could not assist me, in reversing the 2nd purchase. DONT BUY AIRTIME FROM THE FNB APP.

22 Dec 2020, 11:45Oh and just as a side not. Contact was made within a minute of purchase. No one could use a second gig of data within a min. So surely there should be exceptions for such error. It was clearly a mistake as the money went off within seconds of eachother.
