Airport Junction -Gaborone -FNB (No choice as I get NO HELP in Gaborone)
I am writing this review as I cannot ever get anywhere dealing with personnel in Gaborone, Botswana.
People complain so much about FNB here that you cannot post on their pages and last time I was blocked when I voiced me anger on twitter!
My wife has just stood at the Airport Junction Branch in Gaborone for close to an hour to deposit cheques. The branch manager was informed. There was 1 teller on duty !!!!!
My family has multiple retail stores and many accounts with FNB and we are going to CLOSE ALL OF THEM by the end of 2018. The absolute arrogance of this bank and their continues **** service is unnacceptable. All of this with some of the highest if not the highest bank charges in the country... do me ****** favour?!!?! I hope you bleed customers and continue to loose market share. You dont deserve a banking licence and I will be taking ALL of my facilities elsewhere! Be warned!
